Part of our commitment to a hassle-free online shopping experience includes a simple return and exchange privilege for online customers only. If for any reason you decide to return or exchange your online purchase, you have 30 days (*30 days for unworn watches, in new condition). We offer easy returns for those who make their purchases online only so they have the opportunity to physically view the products.
- All sales of pre-owned merchandise, personalized/engraved jewelry, and special orders are final (sizing not included).
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- Items must be unworn
- Items must be in all original tags and returned as given to the customer
If there is no White Carat location near you, or you decide you want to return your purchase using FedEx, we will gladly arrange to have your purchase picked up by FedEx. Just call 1-855-770-3777 or e-mail email@example.com for instructions.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $149 or more within the continental U.S. – all day, every day, no codes required.
Our FREE Return Policy means that if for any reason you decide to return or exchange your online purchase only, you have 30 days (*30 days for unworn watches).

In order to ensure proper delivery, we require a signature on all of our deliveries. Also, for your protection, orders of $1,000 and above must ship to the billing address only.

Easy in-store Returns for Online Purchases Only

Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have everything processed for you.
All sales of pre-owned merchandise, personalized/engraved jewelry, and special orders are final (sizing not included).
Returns by Mail
Please note that items purchased at our in-store location may NOT be returned by mail to our distribution center.
Here are the basic steps:
- Please read the information on your original packing slip.
- Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
- If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.
- You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
